DISABILITY EQUALITY TRAINING FOR ALL TYPES OF BUSINESS ORGANISATIONS
I offer Disability Equality Training (DET) to all types of businesses and organisations. As a disabled person, and trainer specialising in Disability Equality Training I aspire to challenge assumptions and perceptions held by society about disabled people. The ultimate purpose being to make society more equal and fair for all.
Ten years’ experience delivering a variety of disability related training and developing training courses for both disabled people and non-disabled people.
Experience of working in the disability field for 10 years as an Independent Living Officer.
I offer training to individuals interested in working with disabled people through becoming their Personal Assistants (PA’s) thereby supporting independent living for disabled people.
Training courses can be delivered in two formats depending on client preference. Face-to-face training if it’s within the central belt of Scotland or training online via Zoom.
